Amendments to the United States Constitution, rewritten as TOS for an MMORPG

1. Our game is designed with user creativity in mind and we encourage our users to express that creatively freely. To that point our admins will never ban a user for their character's design. Additionaly chat in-game will not be censured by Admins either. Moderators do have the power to enforce private servers, however users can appeal bans with Admins.

2. While PVP is discouraged outside of arenas, users are encouraged to purchase weapons in servers that allow such.

3. Private messages between users will remain confidential unless one of the parties flags a message to a moderator.

4. Moderators cannot edit a user's inventory without Admin approval. Admins will only approve such requests when the issue warrants it. Moderators who violate this rule will be reprimanded.

5. When any user is permanently global banned, the reasons for said ban will be publically recorded as well as discussions between Admin(s) and/or Moderator(s) that lead to said global band. Furthermore, users cannot be forced to turn over any information that may lead to disclipinary action, and any disclipinary action that can be proven to be without cause will be immediately overturned.

6. All discliplinary action, including but not limited to permanent global bans, may be challenged by the disclipined user. We will be fully transparent when asked for reasons of disclipinary action.

7. In the event a user submits a grievance against another for reasons not explicitly covered by the EULA and TOS, Moderators may be requested to mediate the situation. If the situation is not resolved to all parties satisfaction, they may request an Admin to mediate instead.

8. We strive for fairness in all disciplinary actions. Any clearly overly punitive Moderator action (ex, permanent server ban for swearing) will be overturned.

9. These Terms of Service are not exhaustive. If something isn't expressly permitted by these, that doesn't mean it isn't.

10. However, just because it's not in these Terms of Service doesn't mean there's not a rule against it, either. Read the EULA and your server's rules.

11. A Moderator cannot police a server other than his own, nor is he is allowed to discipline someone for actions that took place in another server. Also, we're not sure why someone would think this is okay, but actions that take place outside of this game are generally not subject to disciplinary action in the game from Admins or Mods.

12. We're fixing how Admins get appointed. If you haven't read the EULA since version 1.1804.6.15 we strongly suggest you re-read Section 1.2 over again. Note that Admins being appointed by the Moderators isn't a new thing, we just made it slightly less convoluted.

13. Anyone caught accessing another user's account without their permission, without it being a disciplinary measure, will be disciplined accordingly.

14. Updating the EULA again. Reread section 1.2 if you haven't since version 1.1868.7.9 Of note, no accounts will ever be removed from the servers. Furthermore, if you had an account back when we were in Early Access, you can use that login again now.

15. No racism. Kind of crazy that we even have to make this a rule, but here we are.

16. Another EULA update. If you haven't read since v.1.1913.2.3 reread section 1.9. Basically we're making it clear that we may need to change our subscription model in the feature. Nothing controversial, we hope.

17. Another update to the EULA, as of v.1.1913.4.8. As of update Section 1.9, Moderators can be given a vote of no confidence now.

18. Health potions may no longer be consumed, bought, sold, or crafted as of 1.1920.1.16

19. Character creation now fully supports female characters.

20. We're changing when Admins get appointed, but the process is still a convoluted mess. Re-read Section 1.4 of the EULA for details.

21. Rule 18 was stupid, we're undoing it. Health potions will be back as of v.1.1933.12.5.

22. Admins can only be admins for a maximum of two years now.

23. We're re-reworking how Admin appoints work. Moderator votes will be weighed differently based on server population. Probably the last time we'll rewrite this unless we decide that users should vote directly, but that's never going to happen.

24. Okay one more fix to Admin appointments. Moderator vote count is weighted by total server population, not just the Premium members.

25. If the Head Admin ever resigns or otherwise is removed from his post, the Co-Head Admin will take over. If that person also resigns, then the Moderator of the highest populated server takes over.

26. Age gate lowered from 21 to 18.

27. If we ever change how Moderators get compensated for their work, that'll only take effect after a new Admin is appointed.
